Check-in was super fast, BUT we received no greeting, no communication, not even any eye contact. We expect full refund for all three rooms now and will dispute all charges. Thank goodness we are both Diamond members at hilton and Bonvoy Marriot will always be preferred. Not only will we ever stay at this hotel. I'm sorry IHC your employees are very bad at dealing with people and skills necessary to run a hotel in a major city. basically charged us for a room that no one ever stayed in and was rude and insensitive to our needs. Jesse the manager while we tried to fix the problem. That being said I quickly was able to book a Hilton down the street and walked in the pouring freezing rain. I went down to the desk and the women said I could get another room while we already had a vacant room.somewhere in the hotel. It was very embarrassing when I went to open the door and their was someone in the room and the metal secondary door lock was on. I being the third room checked in after 1am and was given a key to an occupied room from the front desk. Two of the party checked in and got rooms. We were spending a lot of money for a very substandard hotel. Our company checked in while attending the convention across the street with three rooms.
